Lumeeno Teeth Whitening Strips Review

I am a coffee drinker, of course I need a little help every now and then with whitening my teeth. I was happy to try out Lumeeno Teeth Whitening Strips for this review.

They are much like Crest 3D White Strips. Each packet has a strip for the top teeth and the bottom. You keep them on for 30 minutes and then gently brush teeth. That's it for 14 days.

But it actually only took about 6 days for me to notice a difference. By day 10 there was a definite difference. I have not even made it to day 14 yet. I also do not use them everyday. I do 3 days on, 1 day off. I do so because I have sensitive teeth. But, I do not have the sensitive teeth reaction to these like I do Crest. With Crest, I can only do one day and then it takes 2 more days for the sensitivity to go away. But I didn't want to chance it by going more than 3 days at a time with Lumeeno.

However, there is a big difference in the 'adhesive' with Lemeeno compared to Crest. Lumeeno strips do not stay in place as well. They easily slip and slide on the teeth. And they also leave a large amount of gunk behind on the teeth. It's a slimy, nasty gunk. Of course it's the whitening gel, but it's still gross. No one likes to feel a slimy gel left in globs on their teeth.

But after removing the strips and gently brushing the teeth, of course the gunk is gone. So all in all, it's not that bad.

The only thing that needs to be enhanced is the adhesive to keep the strips in place better. Otherwise I like this very well and better than Crest due to the sensitivity issue.

I received these Lumeeno strips in exchange for my review.

Valentina Paris Wine Glass

The most beautiful wine glasses I have ever seen. The gold outline of the design provides a wonderful contrast without being overpowering to the gorgeous colors of the glass. I would provide my own pic, but they wouldn’t do the glasses any justice at all. They look just exactly like the photos provided from Valentina Paris. The glasses hold more

As you probably know by now, my son runs cross country. On days of meets, he eats a banana before his run and afterwards, he cannot eat or drink anything except water for awhile. After about 20 minutes he is able to eat another banana. I started making him protein shakes to drink while he eats also. After a tough workout,
